Emergency First Aid Child & Community Care

Overview

Emergency First Aid Child & Community Care is WorkSafeBC Basic equivalent and which meets the requirements outlined by the Ministry of Health for child and community/residential care workers. This course includes CPR-B/AED to prepare candidates to respond to infant emergencies and may have CPR-C/AED added to include to prepare candidates to respond to adult & child emergencies.

  • No pre-requisites
Recognition

Emergency First Aid Child & Community Care with CPR C/AED (OFA Level 1 Equivalent) electronic certification card.

Currency

Certification is valid for 3 years from date of issue
