Overview
The Fitness Swimmer program is ideal for individuals of any age aiming to create personalized workouts and improve fitness. Participants will learn to use pace clocks and timers to track their progress and reach target zones. The program includes stretches specifically for swimmers, kicking and swimming interval training, and a 300-meter workout. It also covers workout design, a distance swim, and sprint swim techniques, helping swimmers maximize their training time and achieve their fitness goals.
