Skills include 25 meters of breaststroke, front crawl and back crawl for 50 meters each, and head-up front crawl for 10 meters. Students will engage in interval training with 4 x 50 meters of front or back crawl with 30-second rests, and 4 x 15 meters of breaststroke with 30-second rests. The class also features sprints of front crawl and back crawl for 25 meters each. WaterSmart® messages are integrated to reinforce essential water safety practices.
