Guiding Our Mission: How Governance Shapes the Lifesaving Society
Strong governance ensures the Lifesaving Society operates ethically, transparently, and in line with its mission. The elected volunteer Board of Directors practices the Policy Governance Model, overseeing policy setting, professional ethics, and direction for the Branch. Annual reports detailing statistics, financials, and impact are available for transparency and stakeholder engagement.
